The Institute led a process to develop a leadership manual which was adopted by the Ghana Education Service to be used to build capacities of young people to improve their decision making in schools. Trainings were organized for teachers, development practitioners and key staff of Ghana education Service guide usage of the document. The total amount was GHC125,000.
