Ultimately the aim of the leadership institute is to improve and better social services for all as a result of transformed Leadership with values to bring change. How Leadership will affect social change at different levels will greatly interest the institute. Over three years from rollout, tracking shifts in attitude, utilization of acquired skills, and progressive social effects on society is always points of attraction. The search for ‘easy wins’ is explored extensively with participants and key stakeholders. Adapting indicators to track social change tied to the Leadership implementation is a visible tool for the Institution, the Leader and beneficiaries participating in the social services.
The building of an effective interactive tracing/tracking and networking platform allows ILSC-Africa staff and team to contribute to the development of knowledge about change and contribute systematically and creatively in making sound judgements through using data and information at their disposal. Communicate the conclusions clearly as part of the marketing and sustainability strategy of the Institution. This process will further provide the ILSC-Africa team with the opportunity for self-directed learning and improve creative problem-solving in creating autonomous planning and implementation within the Institution to advocate for participation in knowledge, understanding and skills building in Africa for Africa.
