The Institue of Leadership and Social Change Africa(ILSC- Africa) conducts ‘after care’, post-coaching, to support the participants after finishing the course/sessions. A strategic Initiative to the building of a network of ‘alumni’ to feed each other from different corners of society (government, religious institutions, universities, NGOs, companies and all relevant stakeholders who work on societal change), developing Ghana into a more prosperous, ‘smiling’ society.
